Description
All current providers are required to complete the New 2025 Protocol Update Course. Protocol update course is made up of 3 Phases:
Phase 1: Pafford Academy Online Course and Testing

Phase 2: Live in Person Skills review August Dates TBA. Here the provider will perform in person low frequency skills, review new protocols, sign acknowledgement of receiving the protocols, and download the new app.
